Fire Marshal Inspection and Review

**Important**

All fire protection, fire alarm, Hood/ Wet and Dry Chemical/Alternative suppression agent and emergency responder radio coverage plans should be delivered to :

Plans are subject to denial if not meeting all requirements and are subject to re-review fees. All plans should be separately bound, in order, and stamped accordingly. All fire protection, fire alarm, Emergency Responder Radio Coverage System (ERRCS) and racking plans should include all required credential literature and/or calculations and one set of specification sheets.

Approved and stamped plans should be located on site and available to view per request during scheduled inspection(s). Failure to maintain plan set(s) may result in a failed inspection.

** Invoice should be included with submitted plan set(s) for payment verification purposes.

** Invoice should be on site for inspection to be completed and for verification purposes.

* Failure to show for a scheduled inspection may result in a secondary inspection fee.
